How to self treat oral yeast infection

Vinegar is an effective way of treating the infection. Apple cider vinegar is the most used vinegar. One tablespoon of apple cider vinegar is mixed with a glass of water. One can use it as it is or it can also be heated and used. One should drink the mixture once in a day. One can gargle with the solution or move the solution in the mouth so that it reaches every part. It kills the bacteria which cause infection.

Ginger tea is also beneficial in treating the infection. One can eat raw garlic and then drink water. It is very effective way of treating the infection.

One can gargle with water in which 4 to 5 drops of tea tree oil have been added. Water intake should be increased as it is the best natural way of treating an infection.

Along with these remedies one needs to practice good oral hygiene. One should brush twice daily. One should replace the toothbrush when necessary. The toothbrush should not be shared.

One should drink cool liquids so that it has a cooling and soothing effect on the mouth.
One needs to check ones diet as well. Sugar and carbohydrates should be avoided. Yeast feeds on sugar and grows.

Gargle lukewarm salt water is very helpful in marinating proper oral hygiene. One can also rinse the mouth with warm salt water.
